Will I get tracking info?
Yes! When your tumbler ships, you will receive an email with the tracking info.
It says you don't take returns, what if the item is damaged in transit or flawed?
I will gladly except returns/exchanges once the original item is mailed back to me, no exceptions. I will send you a return label for the item to be sent back. I will not mail out a new item until the original is received back. I have gotten burned too many times for customers not sending back items on good faith.
I do not accept returns or issue refunds "just because". No exceptions.

I love how my cup turned out, it's my go to cup now and I get compliments all the time. I really like how the lid components come apart for cleaning I've had yetis that didnt before and they'd get a gross film not this one
