How long is your turnaround time?

Please review each listing with the estimated turn around times. Depending on the time of year and amount of orders we currently have, will depend on turn around times.

Will I get tracking info?

Yes! When your tumbler ships, you will receive an email with the tracking info.

It says you don't take returns, what if the item is damaged in transit or flawed?

I will gladly except returns/exchanges once the original item is mailed back to me, no exceptions. I will send you a return label for the item to be sent back. I will not mail out a new item until the original is received back. I have gotten burned too many times for customers not sending back items on good faith.

I do not accept returns or issue refunds "just because". No exceptions.

Beautiful!!!

This is my new favorite tumbler for my coffee. Absolutely beautiful design and everything correctly customized. Keeps things hot for several hours. Shipping was as expected with current situations.

This tumbler is gorgeous! I gave it as a gift to someone who loves peacocks and she loved it. It looked even better in person, very beautiful and sparkly!
