Our coffee mugs are sublimated to ensure lasting graphics on your coffee mug. They are microwave and top shelf, dishwasher safe. You can choose to have the design on one side of the mug or on both sides.
Production time is 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS.
You have the option to choose USPS First Class or USPS Priority. Priority comes with insurance and tracking. First class DOES NOT come with insurance or tracking.
Please be sure the shipping address associated with your Etsy account is correct before purchasing. I am not responsible for any lost/missing packages due to an incorrect shipping address. If your purchase gets returned back to us for insufficient address, you will be charged for return shipping.

Returns are only accepted for an item that is defective, and must be returned within 14 days.

Yes! When your tumbler ships, you will receive an email with the tracking info.
I will gladly except returns/exchanges once the original item is mailed back to me, no exceptions. I will send you a return label for the item to be sent back. I will not mail out a new item until the original is received back. I have gotten burned too many times for customers not sending back items on good faith.
I do not accept returns or issue refunds "just because". No exceptions.
