These are sublimated, stainless steel wine tumblers. No epoxy needed. You can wash them on the top rack of the dishwasher but we do not recommend it.

Yes! When your tumbler ships, you will receive an email with the tracking info.
I will gladly except returns/exchanges once the original item is mailed back to me, no exceptions. I will send you a return label for the item to be sent back. I will not mail out a new item until the original is received back. I have gotten burned too many times for customers not sending back items on good faith.
I do not accept returns or issue refunds "just because". No exceptions.
