The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How long is your turnaround time?

Please review each listing with the estimated turn around times. Depending on the time of year and amount of orders we currently have, will depend on turn around times.

Will I get tracking info?

Yes! When your tumbler ships, you will receive an email with the tracking info.

It says you don't take returns, what if the item is damaged in transit or flawed?

I will gladly except returns/exchanges once the original item is mailed back to me, no exceptions. I will send you a return label for the item to be sent back. I will not mail out a new item until the original is received back. I have gotten burned too many times for customers not sending back items on good faith.

I do not accept returns or issue refunds "just because". No exceptions.
